#191 Add the ability to add custom payment types

So unless I am missing something, there does not seem to be a way to create new payment types. In the old version I did this by editing the source code, but that does not seem to be available yet. For my purposes, I need Visa, Master Card, and Debit to all be separate payment types.

Even if that could be done by a script that runs when the payments are generated during sales or returns, I would be happy. Doing it as a script would also probably be the quickest and easiest way to implement the feature if you decided to do it.

this has been added but only for cards (set to 5 custom card types). Exact wording is controlled via the locales files
