#170 Locale / currency format

Running Xubuntu 18.04 and ChromisPos alpha 1907-14
In previous versions of ChromisPos, I was able to set manually the format of the currency (in my case #0 MGA (I live in Madagascar)). This was very useful because in this country, we speak french but don't use Euros or don't need decimals in monetary numbers. So:
-) Is there a way to set the currency format at my hand ?
-) Can this feature be implemented in future versions ?

NOTE: At last a new version working on my computer ! (and it works almost perfectly)

Check in the properties file and change the currency format.
