#165 Ability to run two ChromisPOS versions

Since the chromispos.properties file is saved in 'user.home' directory, two different versions cannot be run on the same PC without changing the properties file. If the location is changed from 'user.home' to 'user.dir' ( from where the chromisPOS is running), we can run several versions of Chromis POS on the same PC. It can be used for training purpose or testing the new version.

This is a bad idea.
For training purposes you require another machine or VM with another Database server test host.

If you have to use same machine the safest is to create new user for each version.
