#160 Move Esc/Pos Codes to editable Resource?

It would be great to have a drop down in the printer configuration to select which ESC code scheme to use. Likely to reference lists in the resource folder like Epson.ESC , Star.ESC etc in which the trigger codes for various functions (like logo printing) can be easily configured for specific printer needs.

(Operation of feature would work similar to the drop down/apply method on the Discount page)
