#4 Break line

I'd love a variable I can set for the maximum characters in a line for the kitchen screen, and for items to break at that charater count. The cooks can't scroll left/right, it's too time consuming. When we have a lot of options of an item (vegitable choices, bread choices, cooking styles) they can't see it all at once. This would be a great help.
