#2 Mark single items as delivered

It would be very helpful, to delete/close single items. Right now, it is only possible to close the whole table. Imagine 10 open tables with each 10 items. How can the kitchen control, which items already have been sent out? It should be possible to delete those items or, better, mark them as delivered.
