#1 makefile error

i had to add a './' in front of pkgcreate.ch in
Makefile to make it work.

i see other chXXX packages do the same thing, and some
even come with a copy of pkginstall.ch

here is how it looks now:

create:
ch ./pkgcreate.ch

i'm running linux 2.6.14-1.1637_FC4
and ch version 5.1.0.12661
