The infeasPairConstraint is not yet available in the current version of =
choco.=20
I have started to implement AC3 and AC4 algorithms for binary =
constraints and I plan to put it under CVS=20
during the next week as soon as full tests and api is written. (let me =
know if you need the code immediatly, I can send it)=20

However, the general case of n-ary constraints defined by a list of =
feasible tuples is still to do as well as as some other
AC algorithms like AC2001.=20
