#5 shortcut keystroke do NOT work!

Hi, I like your work. It is great idea to view CHM via FireFox.
The issues I found:
1) The shortcut keystroke to open ChmReader sidebar (Ctrl+E) do not work. In fact, this is the shortcut for search box;

2) Hope to provide a shortcut keystroke for Open Chm File in the File menu;

3) In the default CHM reader on window, the home button will bring a home page inside the CHM file, maybe TOC page or cover page. In the future version of CHM reader, a button go to TOC will be a good feature.

Anyway, thanks for your great work so far, and wish it can be better in future.
