#12 persistent zoom support broken

in firefox 3.0, zoom is auto recalled when the page is loaded
e.g.: when i view http://sf.net, press ctrl+"+" (zoom in) 3 times, it zoom'ed, and i switch to google.com, no zome, and i reopen http://sf.net or open any other url in sf.net domain, it just zoom in 3 times again. this is a new feature of firefox 3 which comes in handy

but in chmreader, it never recall the zoom, every time i switch to a new chapter, i have to zoom again manually.
