#24 Support for Dynamic HTML and indexing

Hello,

It would improve CHMOX considerably if DHTML functions were
supported. I write Help files that makes extensive use of drop-down
hotspots, and these do not seem to work.

Furthermore, support for the .chm's Indexing and Search functions would
be very useful.

Thanks for all your great work so far. It's much appreciated.

javascript is on, and searcj function should work. have a look at the "SEARCH" patch.
