#19 Document consisting of multiple chm files
Some documents (examples can be found at http://albin.abo.fi/
~mstorsjo/Series60Doc.zip, where s60_sdk_help.chm is the main
file) consists of multiple chm files, where the contents tree should
include the contents tree from all the individual files, and cross-
references between the chm files should be handled.
