#4 Immediate graph rotation animation

The graph rotation animation behaviour that is
responsible for rotating the graph so that a selected
node faces the user while visually pleasing is
operationally slow and can cause frustration for the
user after prolonged use. We wish to implement a new
behaviour that accomplished the same goal as the
rotation animation in presenting the selected node to
the user but one that does so immediately and without
delay or animation. This behaviour then should replace
the animated rotate behaviour that is currently the
default.
