#1 Class/instance panels should reflect filters

Why should the classes/instance lists not reflect the
classes currently showing? Filters seem broken, the
logic I mean. If you filter something, then unfilter,
they just appear. Also, if you filter a node in nested
view, its children are not automatically filtered,
which may be confusing.
