**** Huge Warning Bells *****
Problem: After using a Quick View, I changed the
hierarchy back to "Contains". The Root node appeared,
but had no children.

Possible Solution: When changing the hierarchy, you
may want to remind the user of the filtered nodes?

better...now nodes are not opened if no children visible. Also,
node is solid faded colour when closed.

Should we still have a warning?
