#26 how do I get back to the normal view?

Problem: After using a Quick View, how do I get back to
the normal view? Clicking on the project in the Package
Explorer and hitting the Creole button causes "Can't
reach destination! The destination, or a node on the
path to it, is filtered." New users aren't aware the
hierarchy relationship was changed. I expected pressing
Refresh under the Edit menu to return the hierarchy to
its default relationship.

Possible Solution: Under the Quick View menu, have
a "Normal View" button. Also modify the Creole button
so that if a project is selected in the Package Explorer,
it will always reload.
