#17 Quotes of the Week Feed

Hi again,

I've been looking into the RSS/Atom feed of "Quotes of the Week". From what I can see in Chirpy::Util there is code in there to sort out the quotes by highest rated every week, but when I subscribe to the feed, it just gives me Quotes from latest to oldest. Is this feature still in development? If so, how can I rename the feed to be "Latest Quotes" or something simmilar?
