#20 Return to quotes page when you can

After doing the following things
* Clicking [Edit], editing, submitting
* Clicking [Approve] or [Disapprove] on the Queue page
(see next request!)
* Clicking [Delete], OKing JavaScript dialog,

Chirpy! should return to the quotes page, not the Admin
panel when it can (an edge case might be the Random
page). I do a lot of Back-clicking because of the lack
of this.
