User Tutorial page. Ideally, there should be a very
prominent link from the homepage to the Getting Started
page.

* How do I use Chipmark to import my current bookmarks
or favorites?
* How do I add new chipmarks?
* How do I organize my chipmarks?
* How do I use chipmark labels?
* How do I install a plugin?
***Each of the above questions should be answered for
the web interface and both plugins, where applicable.
For sharing:
* How do I add a buddy?
* How do I send a chipmark to a buddy?
* How do I check to see if anyone sent me a new chipmark?
