#32 Can't remove labels when adding a chipmark

If you add a incorrect label to a chipmark while
marking it using "Chipmark this Page", you can't delete
it. Instead you must cancel and start over.

To Reproduce:
1. Login to toolbar.
2. Click Chpmark this page.
3. Add a label.
4. Note that you can't remove it.
