#24 Add Folder to Toolbar

Feature request: the ability to add a folder to the
Chipmark links toolbar.

This is not the same as adding all links in a folder to
the toolbar; this would be equivalent to adding a
drop-down menu to the toolbar containing all of the
links from one folder.

I think this would be a very helpful feature. Prior to
trying Chipmarks I used the Bookmark Toolbar Folder
exclusively in Firefox. I had all my bookmarks categorized
into folders and then the folders were all that displayed on
the toolbar. In my limited experience with this extension
this is the main thing I am missing with Chipmarks.
