#16 Cancelling the creation of a new folder doesn't work right i
When you add a folder and then cancel the creation, a
new folder is still
created (and committed to the database)

This should be done in one query rather then making a
"New Folder" that they
have to edit.

I consider the current behavior acceptable but not
ideal. I did this because
doing it the desirable way is MUCH more difficult and
would have delayed things
considerably. This is also the behavior seen in
windows... you say you want a
new folder or file, for example, and it gives it to you
and just has you
immediately editing the name. If you click away, it
says New Folder or whatnot.
I'm downgrading to normal.
