* Experience with Linux and Apache=20
* Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and the DOM (AJAX)=20
* Understanding of object oriented design=20
* Experience with both MySQL and MS SQL Server=20
* Love of open source development and standards-based development=20
* Strong communication skills=20
* Able to multi-task=20
* DBA skills highly desired=20
* Experience with N-Tier architecture desired=20
* Internationalization experience is a plus=20
* Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus=20
