Hmm. Though it is nice to see job offers posted to this list, you're asking for a lot of skills here at a low rate. Offers like these don't help good PHP developers in a big city trying to make a living, and charge a reasonable rate. Your rates make more sense for students.

Hours per week - Applicants must be available to work at least 32 - 40 
hours a week on site. Set your own flexible schedule between 9 a.m. and

concurrent projects of varying importance toward a common goal. Ability 
to figure out and debug other people's code.

A plus: Experience with PERL
