Our client, a world-leading institution committed to patient care,
research, and education, currently has an opening for a PHP Programmer
in the Philadelphia, PA region. This is a contract assignment and will
last three months.

Required Skills:
- Object-Oriented PHP programming.
- Ability to understand the differences between PHP 4.x and PHP 5.x.

Desired Skills:
- MySQL, Linux, Windows scripting and .NET programming, Perl and/or
Python.
- Familiarity with penetration and regression testing.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers having a wide range of
PHP knowledge.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess 20 sites using PHP for upgrade to PHP 5.1, including
identifying deprecated code and creating replacement code.
- Assess current PHP configuration settings for security and performance.
- Overhaul existing web applications.
