 Qualifications:

=95 Web development skills using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CGI, Perl, and Ja=
va.



=95 Expert knowledge in MySQL, experience working with CRM and other databa=
se
applications a plus



=95 Expert knowledge in PHP, familiarity with Zend a plus



=95 Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options.



=95 Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate
recommendations.



=95 Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.



=95 Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job.



=95 Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Can see hidden problems.



=95 Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.



=95 Is attentive to the needs of customers. Responds quickly and competentl=

=95 Designs compelling user interfaces and understands the strengths and

=95 BS or equivalent experience.
