I know you've all heard me harp on about this before, but unit testing 
("harness testing" in their parlance) is one of the central themes of 
the fusebox development lifecycle. Although there isn't a lot of 
literature on the web about it, I am reading a book that does a 
reasonably good job describing how it's done so if you all feel like 
coming to Gran Canaria, we can have a meeting here and I'll present 
what I've learned! ;-)

BTW, Fusebox 4.1 for PHP has been officially released and can be 
downloaded from http://www.fusebox.org/
