My client is looking for a full time Solution Architect based out of
Chicago, IL for a client specific project. In this role you will be the
technical lead of large-scale engagements with Fortune 500 clients with
ultimate responsibility for the technical design and delivery of the
solution. This job requires an experienced candidate with the ability to
wear multiple hats and play multiple roles on client engagements and
internal software design and development. Typical roles include overall
solution architecture, integration methodology and architecture, directing
development resources, client relationship management and project
leadership.  

Position Summary: The Architect is expected to lead application design,
architecture and implementation of the platform. The role is expected to
have experience in the design and delivery of large-scale web based
applications preferably for large-scale customers. Mastery of web technology
architectures and industry standard protocols are required to produce highly
scalable solutions capable of performance on a global scale. The Architect
must be comfortable with leading a team of other architects within business,
application, data and technical architecture disciplines and must be able to
clearly explain the benefits of the architectural approach.
