Established in 2010, Action Lead Solutions is a dynamic internet marketing
company delivering a diversified, comprehensive lead solution package to
clients in the education and insurance industries.

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and technically-savvy
problem-solver for an entry-level position within our IT department to help
keep pace with the sales end of the business.

The position requires knowledge of the fundamentals of HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, XML, PHP, and SQL, as well as a familiarity working with Linux
from the command line. Bonus points will be awarded for experience with
jQuery, version control, object-oriented programming, and the Zend
Framework.

This position will be best suited for a Jack-of-all-trades who is able to
think on his/her feet. The duties of this position include monitoring and
analyzing real-time data, addressing the technical concerns of clients and
partners, translating client requirements into technical specifications,
tracking down and fixing bugs, and much more.

More important than what you know and what you can do, though, is your
attitude. We need someone with the ability to explain complex technical
issues to non-technical employees without sounding like "Nick Burns, Your
Company's Computer Guy". We are a young and lively company, and we enjoy
the fun--and sometimes goofy--atmosphere of our office, so no Debbie
Downers, please. Since our tech expands and evolves with the company, we
are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys learning something new every
day. Finally, your ability to work in a team is paramount: we are a lean
startup that relies on every team member to perform multiple duties, and we
have no patience for slackers or princesses.

Requirements:
* Basic understanding of web development
* Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML, PHP, and SQL
* Familiarity with the Linux command line
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Ability to adapt to and desire to learn about new technologies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to operate successfully in a fluid environment and respond to
rapidly changing operational priorities
