I have some designer friends looking for a resource. I don't have time for this 
myself but agreed to forward some
contacts.

Send a short cover letter with basics and one original code sample.
Also need one designer reference you've worked with.

Preference is for someone who is comfortable working with a design team and 
writes clean code.

There is an E-Commerce project they are quoting now so consider that as well.

I also have another referral for anyone that knows Flex. Contract job through a 
recruiter.
