I don't get all this talk of changes groups, moving lists or forming a
second list.

What started all this was a statement of someone posting a job and
getting pounded with email from headhunters.

Well, I have a simple solution: When someone posts a job, and asks
headhunter NOT to contact them, and the headhunters do it anyway, that
person forwards the emails of these headhunters to whom ever controls
this list and that headhunters gets dropped from the list.

Very simple, very effective. No need for a second list.

The last thing I'd like to see is this list get fragmented, the
community is fragmented enough as it is.

Just my 2 cents.
