Hi,

I have worked with Optit and Clickatel. If you are doing mobile 
originated messaging Optit.com might be a good choice for 
experimentation as you get 30 days for free. Either service is great for 
mobile terminated messages.  If you want your own short code you are 
looking at a 2 month ramp up time and $1,000 a month there are shared 
short codes but I am not sure of the price.
