This is a 4kb, yes FOUR kilobyte flash based MP3 player that has a 
javascript interface released under MIT license

For uploading, I've defaulted to using SWFUpload
This a small, javascript controllable, flash based uploader. It provides 
upload speed and file size information that can be accessed via javascript.
