Hi all,

Long time lurker, first time poster :-) A friend of mine is looking for 
a PHP developer to do some contract work on a project of his. Here's the 
details:

Seeking developer to add functionality to an existing PHP-based website, 
still under development and not yet deployed. Site is a custom-developed 
message board / discussion forum type of system. Candidates must have 
experience with and be comfortable developing with the following: Object 
Oriented PHP (v5+), PDO, Smarty, and MySQL. Prefer someone willing to do 
some fixed-rate contract work as well as some hourly work down the road 
and possibly some support as the site goes live. Please respond to
