Ya never know. Maybe they learned a lot of PHP on Windoze IIS environment, and never had to deal with Apache. :-) It's certainly easy enough to re-frame the question: Which URLs and domain names should point to which directories? I was going to register until I saw the required fields. Talk about your steep signup curve...
