[chiPHPug-discuss] looking for a good php5 host

I know this is an exhausted topic, but the answers change a lot.
Basically, I have a buddy who is going to have an ecommerce site and I
would like to develop it in php5.  To start out with, I'd like to go
with a cheaper company since the traffic will be low and he'll be on a
budget until it kicks off, but I don't want to go with godaddy - so
need something that is more reliable but easy to work with and
developer friendly (the more configurations I can control the better).
 Any suggestions?  Also, a company that he can keep as his business
grows and needs more bandwidth/etc... would be preferable.  I think to
start it should be $25/month or under.
