On the topic of the swank bottle of wine I owe Larry for a bet, but off 
topic from PHP:

I know a number of us ChiPHPUG people are in or close to Rogers Park 
hood, there is a great new wine bar opened up by some friends of mine 
who own the Celtic Knot here in Evanston.  Taste at 1506 Jarvis.

I've been meaning to check it out for a while and thought I'd see if 
anyone wanted to make it an unofficial PHP outing..

Larry, I'll buy your bottle of wine there, but you need to come back to 
collect it.
