Tentatively, I'm in (at that time and date). BTW, Yes, Ben, Chicago PHP still meets regularly. We had our March meeting just last Saturday. Need to record live events (mixed already) to stereo CD-quality. Soundcard Recommendations? Software to handle the recording? Don't need fancy mixer stuff. Zero (0) post-production time. Just raw PCM/WAV/AIFF 16+ bit, 44.1KHz, Stereo audio-to-disk. |

why not have the httpd.cong use a set ip address [not the DHCP] or have a startup script write to the httpd.conf file and redirect to the web root. -----Original Message----- From: Saravanan [mailto:sar...@na...] Sent: Sunday, November 24, 2002 1:01 AM To: ce...@l-... Can you have PHP tear that output apart and > determine the new IP? Actually from the browser i dont see any output. Logically (to my understanding) a browser places a HTTP Request to a specific server with a specific IP and it expects the HTTP Response to come from the same IP. In the application I am trying to make, the HTTP Request has been place to an ip say 'x' and before the HTTP Response could be delivered the IP of the server has been changed to 'y'. So the browser has no way to get the response from the 'x' IP. Hence I dropped this idea of changing the IP of the Server thru Web. Do I make sense?. Your comments please.
