I've got a client looking for multiple Magento Developers for full-time,
salaried, 100% telecommute work paying 60-100k depending on experience +
full benefits.
Required Skills:
o A Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) is
required
o 3+ years of software engineering experience
o Comprehensive experience with Magento Enterprise Edition
o Proven ability to interact effectively with people in all levels of the
organization
o Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the
ability to communicate and evangelize those concepts to a broad based team
o Strong problem solving skills, ability to triage technical issues and
drive resolution with cross functional teams
o Strong decision-making skills, and an understanding of where projects fit
into the overall architecture strategy
o Ability to roll with changes in a dynamic work environment, shaping
changes into opportunities. Proven performance record with demonstrated
leadership skills
o Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation skills are required
o Experience with Agile development methodology and distributed code
repositories with GIT
