Hi,
I have installed ChipChat software on my machine and able
to test the chat rooms. i am interested in using this chat
room for our customers in my jsp application. I am looking
for the following features:
1. Should be able to filter the bad words(abusive language)
used by chat users?
2. If a user uses bad words(abusive language) Admin
should be able to know who the user is and send a
message to him asking him to restrain from such
misbehavior.
3. If the user continuously uses such language Admin
should have the capability to revoke the user who is
misbehaving from entering any chat rooms.
4. Is there a way to save the complete chat transcripts in a
chat room using a file or database?
Please respond to these queries soon so I can decide
about the selection of chat software. I dont see much
activity in the ChipChat project forums, but I expect
someone to respond to my queries and help me.
