The code base has changed to Python2.1.3.

With various bug fixes, should work better on GB encoding.

Patch release for 0-3.14 on Windows.

IDLE working.
Minor bug fixes.

Now we registerd chinesepython.org. It is working now.
All the web pages will be moved to the new host.
Only development tools remains on old server.

ChinesePython is a translation of Python scripting language itself into chinese. Not only the variable names, user messages/warnings/prompts but most notably, the reserved keywords and builtin types.

3.14 changes:

* more translated messages
* standardize names
* modified string/unicode string hash method
* modified function names
* fix bugs

I hear troubles accessing sourceforge.net in mainland China. So chinesepython project will be hosted on another sourceforge like site:
cosoft.org.cn
The things on sourceforge will remain as a mirror(I'll try my best ^_^)
