[Chicken-devel] Time for a new release or Beta

I think the recent fix of of "Removed hack for ending the framebuffer update on rectangles with 0" <http://sourceforge.net/p/chicken/code/798/> is a huge reliability/usability improvement for Chicken.

I think users would benefit greatly from the increased reliability, so getting a new build out ASAP would help users and the Chicken project as a whole.
