#6 New parameter on convet XLS to CSV

Hi,
my name is Massimo Lancione,
for my necessity I have add new parameter to xlhtml
from specify the columns separator char.

Usage is
-sp:[Char_separato]

For default I have set separator to ";"

On attached you cha find all program with new change.
