Board files components generate a wrong date in copyright statment. Furthermore, STM32F4 board files related component requires an update since on new STM32F469/79 higher GPIO port identifier is GPIOK (current component support up to GPIOI).

This seems to have been reverted in r9667, board.c for target ST_STM32F469I_DISCOVERY has only entries upto GPIOI; GPIOJ and GPIOK have been removed in this update.
