https://github.com/rusefi/ChibiOS/commit/1a8ae11322a6ae870bc2299e80d410a8ba0dbe1e has introduced oldssr variable which is declared under STM32_RTC_HAS_SUBSECONDS guard

but line 655 "oldssr = rtcp->rtc->SSR;" writes into that variable regardless of STM32_RTC_HAS_SUBSECONDS so code does not compile with STM32_RTC_HAS_SUBSECONDS = FALSE
