#1188 OTG1 on H7 with WFI enabled fails

OTG1 on H7 fails if WFI is enabled. For ArduPilot we have this fix:

but it is likely not the right fix

Hi,

This approach introduces a dependency between an HAL LLD and the RTOS port layer which could not even be present (if another RTOS or no RTOS are used).

Is this caused by a device errata?
