[chessx-developer] Error in Preferences window

Hi everyone,

 I'm running CheesX version 1.6.2 on Debian. When I enter the preferences
window it is displayed disproportionately, the top edge exceeds the top
limit of the monitor. To use the window you have to maximize it. I've seen
this problem in previous versions. I compiled from source code.
