The engines do not generate this kind of information.
It would be up to the user or the user interface to generate this kind of annotation.
The only thing the engines output is the current evaluation of the position.
If this evaluation rises or drops, it might be an indication of an excellent move or a blunder. 
But it’s hard to tell the difference between the two of them as a rise from one side is also a drop seen from the other player.
