[Chessx-users] Variation display in pgn files not working

PGN file variations still do not show up correctly on my Mac, chessX
version 1.2

To see the problem, just try to view any PGN file with variations a few
levels deep.

For example, ChessBase published the results of the recent ARVES Isenegger
tournament here:

The pgn file for the Aberman study, the second study on the page, does not
display correctly.

(There is a "download PGN" link to that study at the bottom of the study,
but I cannot paste the link.)

Can someone please either fix the problem or explain how to work around it?
I have not found any setting that fixes this.

Also, am I posting in the wrong mailing list here or something? I am
confused about why there has been no acknowledgment to my recent messages
about this issue.

[I posted about this back in July, was told the problem would be fixed.]
