#204 Feature request - Add ability to reorganize chapters in a PGN

It would be really nice to add the ability to reorganize chapters within a PGN file. Let's say I have a PGN with all of my Sicilian prep, with 20 chapters of Open Sicilian and 20 chapters of Closed Sicilian-- if I add a new chapter of Open Sicilian, I have to manually open the PGN file in a text editor and move that chapter to the top right now.

I don't think, there is a real use for this: you can sort the game list after any criteria like ECO which would organize your openings. If you need further sorting, you can use a slightly hidden feature:
Go to preferences and add "Chapter" (or any name you like) to Appearance/Additional PGN Tags. Now the GameList contains a column "Chapter". Double click into the field and add any key you like, e.g. Ch01-01, Ch01-02 to your games. You can then always filter, sort, copy etc. according to you Chapter organization. Now save the complete database and ChessX will add the Chapter Tags to the file. This will make your sorting also available to other tools.
